The unfortunate incident occurred on Monday and has left colleagues and authorities stunned.

Ugochukwu, around 1 pm, entered the bank’s restroom and ingested the insecticide, unbeknownst to her coworkers. Concern arose when her phone kept ringing on her table, and she was nowhere to be found. Colleagues initiated a search, only to discover her lifeless body in the restroom, accompanied by the suicide note and the bottle of insecticide.
