We would support Prof Nentawe to succeed says Plateau traditional rulers

His Royal Majesty (HRM), Jacob Gyang Buba, the Gbong Gwom Jos, and the Chairman of Plateau State Traditional Council, has told the members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), that the Tradition Council would support, and pray for Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda to succeed as the National Chairman of the APC.

The Traditional Ruler made this promise on Wednesday when the National Chairman,, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda paid him homage and requested for the support and prayers of the Council.

Gyang Buba also told the the APC members, and the Governors of Benue, Kogi, and Sokoto, led by Governor Uzodima of Imo State who accompanied the National Chairman to his Palace in Jos, that the Council is proud of Nentawe and his achievements.

Speaking before the remarks of the Chairman of the Traditional Rulers, Governor  Hope Uzodima told the Council that, President Bola Tinubu, has sent him to tell the Council that they have trained their son, Prof. Nentawe well.

Governor Uzodima said, “President Bola Tinubu, the Leader of our great Party, has directed us to accompany our brand new National Chairman to visit you and your Council. 

He has told me and others, to tell you people, and thank you for producing a material like Nentawe that is deemed fit to Chair one of the largest party in Africa”.

Governor Uzodima said, with the emergence of Prof. Nentawe and others things happening now in the state, is a strong indication that God is beginning to heal the land of Plateau State.

Adding that, “We are here to show solidarity and support to your son and to join you in thanking Almighty God, for making this possible, and to remind you once more that, Plateau is very important to Nigeria and Nigerians”.

Earlier, while stating the purpose of  his visit, Prof. Nentawe, told the Gbong Gwom and his Council, that his home coming today, is to seek the support and prayers of the elders and the Council.

During the visit, Prof. Nentawe also visited the Plateau State Central Mosque, and other Christian Religious Centers.
