Wild celebration in Niger Delta as Tinubu replaces Ndiomu with Otuaro as PAP boss

There is jubilation in the fold of the Niger-Delta Ex-agitators as President Ahmed Tinubu, sacks the interim Administrator of the presidential Amnesty Programme Maj.Gen Barry Tariye Ndiomu, retd.

Special Adviser to the president on media and publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale on Thursday announced the appointment of Dr Dennis Burutu Otuaro, as the new administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP.

The National Exco of the phase II beneficiaries of PAP, also congratulated the newly appointed Administrator, Dr Dennis Burutu Otuaro.

The National Chairman of Phase II, Self-style Gen. John Esuku, Vice Chairman Gen. Julius Belemu, Secretary Gen. Dimaro Vwaghie, Publicity Secretary Gen. Passman Akpos and the National spokesperson Gen. Gift Agamene, the state Chairmen of Bayelsa and Delta state, self-style Gen. Paul Johnson and Gen. Solomon Adu, in a combine statement made available on Friday appreciated the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing a worthy son of the Ijaw extraction.

The National Exco noted that the former Amnesty Boss was a tyrant, who suffocated the Niger-Delta Ex-agitators, and strangled a programme that he knows nothing about, causing animosity among leaders for his selfish gain.

They noted that “Ndiomu should be aware that he still has an unfinished business with us in the house of Representatives, he must come and defend himself on his stewardship on the presidential Amnesty Programme, the EFCC should be ready to take it from there.

Recounting, The National Chairman Self-style Gen. John Esuku said that, “Ndiomu arrested me and my National vice Chairman Gen. Julius Belemu, in connivance with some selfish leaders and detained us in Bayelsa police command because we criticized his bad leadership and petitioned him to the National House of Representatives on ground of fraud”

“In trying to cover-up his fraudulent activities in the Amnesty Programme, on the eve to the matter in the house Committee on public petition, he arrested us in order to prevent us from going to the house of Representatives”

“I so appreciate our able president, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu for helping the Ex-agitators to breath again. Ndiomu his a dark black man with a very dark heart, for all the evil he has done in the Amnesty Programme and against the Ex-agitators, he will surely pay for it” he noted.
