Woman dies in Lagos tanker accident

A yet-to-be identified woman has been confirmed dead in a lone tanker accident at Mile 2 area in Lagos.

The Nation gathered the tanker accident occurred in the early hours of Friday.

LASEMA spokesman, Nosa Okunbor, confirmed the incident noting that emergency rescuers have been mobilised to the scene.

“LASEMA Response Team,at Mile 2 inward Nigeria Army Signal Barracks in recovery operation of a fully loaded tanker 55,000 litres of petrol involved in lone accident which killed a female adult”.
