At least 11,348 graduates of 2014-2019 NCE students from Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto are expected to receive their certificates during the 22nd Convocation and Golden jubilee anniversary.
Dr. Muhammad Wadata Hakimi,who is the Provost of the College made this known while answering questions shortly after the ceremony.
He revealed that 39,814 graduated from the institution since inception saying the remaining activities for Convocation include lectures.
He said the Convocation which would feature conferment of awards on some prominent personalities is to be held at the College Convocation Square on Monday 28/12/2020 by 9:00 am.
He thanked the State government, Governing Council, Management Staff and Students of the College for their Contributions toward the success of the occasion.
