In a press statement signed and issued to newsman in Kano by the chief press secretary to the Governor Abba Anwar, the directive said ” All political appointees are given between now to Monday 18th April, 2022, to resign.” so as to comply with Section 84 (12) of the newly amended Electoral Act.
