2024 Pilgrimage Exercise: NCPC Airlifts Iver 4000 pilgrims to Jordan, Israel – Bishop Adegbite

The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC, Bishop Stephen Adegbite has disclosed that the Commission has airlifted over 4000 pilgrims in the 2024 pilgrimage exercise to Jordan and Israel.
Bishop Adegbite disclosed this at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on Wednesday during the airlift of the 9th batch of over 300 intending pilgrims from Nasarrawa and Abuja to the Holy land.
The NCPC boss said that during the 9th batch, the story had changed because, ” we have done do well with better service for pilgrims. “
In his word of admonition to the intending pilgrims, Bishop Adegbite urged them to be good Ambassadors of Nigeria, adding that there had been record of zero abscond by the Commission.
He thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for heavily subsidising the pilgrimage, noting that without this support the journey would not have been possible.


He disclosed that one of the successes recorded by the Commission is that immediately Nigeria started going on Pilgrimage during the war to Israel there has been ceasefire.
Bishop Adegbite urged the pilgrims to also pray for the peace of Nigeria, adding that this is the only country they have.
