23rd anniversary: Saliu Mustapha rejoices with Ilorin Emirate

Founder of an Ilorin based Non Governmental Organization, Saliu Mustapha Foundation, Mallam Saliu Mustapha has described the twenty years on the throne of the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari as peaceful, impactful and a blessing to the ancient city of Ilorin.

Mallam Mustapha who was a governorship aspirant in Kwara State on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), said this on Sunday in a congratulatory message he issued to the Emir, the Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union and the entire people of Ilorin Emirate through the media office of the foundation.

The founder of Saliu Mustapha Foundation while felicitating with the Emir of Ilorin, said his reign as the paramount monarch of the ancient city of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council has brought tremendous growth and development to the state, especially the State capital.

Mallam Saliu Mustapha acknowledged the roles and contributions of Alhaji Sulu Gambari towards sustaining the peaceful and harmonious relationship of the State and in making Ilorin the reference point in the country.

The former Deputy National Chairman of the Defunct Congress for Political Change however rejoiced with the Emir on his twenty third years anniversary on the throne of his forefathers, praying Allah to longer his life and provide him with more sound health.

Mallam Saliu Mustapha also congratulated the Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union and the entire people of Ilorin Emirate on the celebration of the twenty three years anniversary of the Emir, urging all sons and daughters of the Emirate to be more united and contribute meaningful to the development of the ancient city.
