Happiness is a valuable and sometimes elusive aspect of life, especially in a world filled with stress and challenges. Show kindness and consideration to maintain the positive influence it has on your life.

4. Don’t Compare It to Others
Avoid comparing your sources of happiness to those of others. What makes you happy is unique to you and doesn’t need to be measured against someone else’s standards. Embrace your own joy without letting societal expectations or other people’s opinions diminish it. Comparison can lead to dissatisfaction and undermine the happiness you’ve found.
