Research shows that 264 hours is the longest human can go without sleep, which is about 11 days. However, research shows that human can go 21 days without food.

3. Humans are taller in the morning: study shows that throughout the day, the cartilage between your bones is compressed, making you about 1 cm shorter by day’s end.

4. Women are better smellers than men: Women are better than men at smelling stuff and researchers are just starting to know why. A research published in PLOS ONE, a site where scientific studies are published, suggests it may have something to do with the fact that women have greater numbers of specialized cells associated with olfactory abilities.

5. The Brain is 80 percent water: the brain tissue is 80% of water, Optimal brain function depends on water. The amount of water which got dehydrated in a day need to be replaced, or else it may affect the brain functioning.
