Kano residents have issued a congratulatory message to governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje over the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the APC flag bearer in the forthcoming 2023 general election.
In a series of chats with our correspondent shortly after the primaries, the people mostly politicians disclosed that the emerge of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the APC presidential bearer is a good symbol of effective democratic process in Nigeria.
Comrade Mustapha Umar Tallo Gwarzo, a renown youth leader and activist in Kano, announced that ” Nigeria’s politics is now getting recognition across the globe,and I wish to thank his excellency governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and his colleagues the northern governors for their determination and supports to the winner of the polls which shows that 2023 elections would be fair and hitch-free”.
Similarly, youth groups from Kano South senatorial zone lamented that the present political situation in Nigeria is becoming more progressive especially when the political actors remained committed to ensure the full implementation of a democratic process.
In conclusion, all those who speak to Daybreak News announced that all hands should be on deck to ensure that APC won the presidential election in order to have a viable contuinity.
