The Supreme Court has affirmed Delta Speaker, Oborevwori Sheriff, as the right candidate for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State.
Delivering the lead judgement, Justice Tijani Abubakar, also dismissed the appeal of David Edevbie for lacking in merit.
The Apex court upheld the Judgement of the Court of Appeal delivered on August 29, this year.
