Briefing Journalists during the extraordinary Congress of the party in Makurdi, state Chairman of APC, Mr Austin Agada explained that the party took the decision against two of its members for instituting Court cases against the party to ensure it didn’t present a Governorship candidate for the last general election.

His words: ” Among our members, there are two distinguished individuals that were involved thoroughly in not just frustrating the party that the party should not have a candidate but ensured that the APC did not win at the polls.

” They took APC to court to ensure that the victory given to us was thwarted. Chief Gemade lost his pulling unit, ward and local government to PDP,” Agada pointed out.
