“Iyabo Ojo Accuses Naira Marley of Drugging Her Children’s Food”

By Milcah Tanimu

Iyabo Ojo, during a live stream discussing the quest for justice for Nigerian singer Mohbad, also known as Ilerioluwa Aloba, made startling allegations against Naira Marley. She claimed that the singer had laced her two children’s food and drinks with drugs when they visited his house.

In her live stream, she expressed her disbelief that she could support Naira Marley, given her past experiences. She recounted instances when her children, Priscilla and Festus, had gone to Naira Marley’s house and alleged that he had surreptitiously given them drugs, mixing them with their food and beverages.

Iyabo Ojo asserted that she had witnesses who could corroborate her claims and revealed her intention to take legal action against Naira Marley for the alleged act of lacing her children’s food with drugs.

She stated, “The Naira Marley and Sam Larry that you’re supporting have plenty cases to answer. When my children go to his house, he spiked their drinks with drugs, which two or three people have testified that they were there. I haven’t even started; after the government’s case is done with him, I’d bring mine up, let’s take it one at a time.”

The actress has been an outspoken advocate for justice in the wake of Mohbad’s mysterious death on September 12, 2023. The ongoing investigations have linked Naira Marley to cyberstalking and bullying of the late singer, supported by evidence, according to the police. As a result, Naira Marley and his associate, Sam Larry, were remanded in police custody during the course of the investigations.
