Uche Jombo Gears Up for a Captivating Cinematic Journey with ‘A Better Man’

Renowned actress Uche Jombo, fresh from the success of her movie “Onyeegwu” at the African International Film Festival (AFRIFF) in November 2023, is set to grace the big screen once again with her upcoming project, “A Better Man.”

Penned by Joy Isi Bewaji, the film revolves around Ogechi and Dayo, embarking on a stranger-than-fiction romantic journey. Ogechi’s seemingly perfect life takes a dramatic turn when she discovers that her lover is nothing more than a fleeting memory.

Expressing her enthusiasm for the film, Jombo highlighted the central theme of love, emphasizing the script’s riveting nature. She shared, “I am in love with the script. The story is riveting. It gives a fresh take on the complexities of love. We are bringing mystery, love, and tragedy to your screens.”

The all-star cast of “A Better Man” includes Daniel Etim Effiong, Tana Adelana, Tina Mba, Elvina Ibru, Uche Montana, and Lord Frank.

Under the direction of Taiwo Adebayo, principal photography for the film is set to commence on Wednesday, November 29, promising audiences a compelling cinematic experience. Stay tuned as Uche Jombo and her talented ensemble weave a tale of love, mystery, and tragedy on the silver screen.
