Hon Jinan Made His Intention Known To Leaders At Pilgani In Langtang North At The Weekend. He Told The Leaders That He Was Vying For The Position Because Of His Passion To Help The Downtrodden And To Bring Massive Development To The Grassroot.
Hon. Winston Jinan Moses Who Also Paid Homage To The Traditional Heads In Hierarchical Order, Engaged Pdp Pilgani Ward Members , And Emphasized The Importance Of Support And Prayers In His Political Journey.
He Pledged To Bring Massive Development To Rural Communities In The Local Government Council If Elected.
