Governor Babagana Umara Zulum has been hailed as a dynamic leader dedicated to the genuine development of Borno State.
This was expressed by Honourable Umaru Bako, Senior Technical Assistant to the Governor, in an interview with our correspondent in commemoration of the Governor’s birthday. Bako emphasized that Professor Babagana Umara Zulum remains a beacon of hope for the citizens of Borno State.
“Our governor is the kind of leader we need in Nigeria, especially now, when people from all walks of life are relying on good governance, as we are witnessing in Borno State under the dynamic leadership of Governor Babagana Umara Zulum,” said Honourable Umaru Bako.
He further highlighted that the administration of Professor Babagana Umara Zulum has transformed Borno State into an exemplary domain, and despite global economic challenges, the state is poised for real progress.
Honourable Umaru Bako extended his congratulations to Governor Zulum on his birthday anniversary, wishing him many more years of progress, good health, and Allah’s protection.
