The National Orientation Agency, NOA, has likened the death of Jonathan Silas Zwingina to the loss of a patriot, mobilizer, and nationalist.
NOA said that the death of Zwingina has deprived the nation of a grassroot mobilizer and courageous patriot who stood against disunity and the falling moral fabric of the nation.
In a condolence message to the family of the late Zwingina, the NOA Director General, Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu described the deceased as a gifted and rigorous Mobilizer who, in both private and public life, stood for the unity, progress, and development of the nation.
The late Zwingina was the pioneer Director of the former Mass Mobilization for Self-Reliance, Social Justice, and Economic Recovery (MAMSER), now NOA.
Under his leadership, the Agency promoted the virtues of hardwork, integrity, sincerity, forthrightness, and tolerance, which has remained the core values of our nation.
Issa- Onilu eulogized the late Zwingina for his fatherly role as a rallying point for unity, and development of the country, and courage in speaking the truth.
The NOA DG, urged the family of the deceased to take solace in his accomplishments, especially his devotion to the cause of unity in the country.
