By  Milcah   Tanimu

Zenith Bank has officially announced the completion of its system upgrade, ensuring customers a smoother banking experience. In a message shared on Tuesday, the bank expressed appreciation for its customers’ patience during the upgrade, which aimed to enhance its core IT infrastructure.

The system upgrade began on October 1, with the bank assuring customers that the downtime would only last until 2:30 pm that day. Following the successful upgrade, Zenith Bank promises quicker, safer, and more convenient transactions via its digital banking channels.

The bank’s customers had previously experienced disruptions, with many taking to social media to express concerns over the mobile app‘s accessibility. However, with the upgrades now in place, Zenith Bank is confident in delivering an improved service going forward.
