Kano Assembly Partners with Media Trust Group to Advance Communication Strategies

The Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore, has expressed his strong commitment to partnering with the Media Trust Group to enhance communication strategies within the Assembly.

In a statement released on Wednesday, spokesperson Kamaluddeen Sani Shawai highlighted the crucial role of the media in society, particularly in information dissemination. He specifically acknowledged the significant socio-economic impact of the Daily Trust newspaper, especially in Northern Nigeria and across the country. Falgore urged the publication to continue its mission of educating and informing the public through unbiased reporting and innovative approaches.

During a recent courtesy visit, Abdullahi Mainasara, Assistant General Manager for Business Development and Strategy at Media Trust Group, praised the Speaker’s exemplary leadership, noting his significant achievements since taking office. Mainasara commended Falgore for his efforts in stabilizing the Assembly and for his vision, trust, and dedication to advancing quality legislation for the 10th Assembly. He also reaffirmed Media Trust Group’s commitment to working closely with the Kano State House of Assembly.

This partnership aims to improve training, consultancy, and communication skills under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Jibril Ismail Falgore.

The Media Trust Group delegation included Alhaji Malami, AGM of Business Development and Strategy; Shamsuddeen Sani, Kano Group Regional Manager; Abbas Madabo, Reporter and Business Executive; and Haroun Malami Saeed, Business Development Officer.
