The National Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Advocates of Nigeria, Comrade Prince Miaphen, has congratulated Senator Prof. Nora Ladi Daduut on her nomination as a non-career ambassador by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. In a statement issued to journalists in Jos on Sunday, Miaphen— a former Vice President and Acting President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS)—described the appointment as a well-deserved honour that reflects Prof. Daduut’s long-standing record of public service, integrity, and commitment to national development.
He noted that Prof. Daduut’s experience as a lecturer and former Senator representing Plateau South in the Ninth National Assembly has equipped her with the expertise and maturity required for her new diplomatic role.“Prof. Daduut has played a significant role in shaping public life both in academia and in Plateau State politics. She embodies leadership, order, and purposeful engagement,” he said. “She has remained an admirable figure whose contributions continue to inspire confidence. I am certain she will represent Nigeria with honour and distinction.”
Miaphen also commended President Tinubu for appointing credible Nigerians into public office, describing the choice of Prof. Daduut as thoughtful and reflective of her competence and dedication.“I commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for deeming her worthy of this national assignment,” he added. “I pray that God grants her strength and success as she prepares for the new task. May her tenure be marked by impact, fulfilment, and continued service to humanity.” He concluded by once again congratulating Prof. Daduut on her nomination.
