The Vice-Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Anyigba, Salisu Usman Ogbo, has extended Eid-el-Fitr greetings to Muslim faithful, Kogi State Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, and residents of the state.
In a statement issued by the university’s Public Relations Officer, Uredo Omale, the vice-chancellor congratulated Muslims on the successful completion of the Ramadan fast, describing the period as one marked by reflection, discipline, and devotion. Ogbo urged citizens to sustain the values of sacrifice, love, tolerance, and compassion beyond Ramadan to promote peace, unity, and development in Kogi State and Nigeria.
He also offered prayers for continued peace, progress, and prosperity, asking for divine acceptance of acts of worship during the holy month. The vice-chancellor wished Muslims a peaceful and fulfilling Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
