The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the latest batch of results for candidates who sat the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), according to a statement issued on Tuesday.
JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin said affected candidates could check their scores through the board’s approved result-checking channels. “The results for Monday have been released. Candidates can view their results using the usual process,” the statement noted.
Candidates are required to send “UTMERESULT” via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number used during registration to access their results.
The release forms part of JAMB’s ongoing batch publication of results since the nationwide computer-based examination began. The board has been issuing results daily, corresponding to each examination session.
Earlier, JAMB released results for candidates who sat the examination on the opening day, followed by a combined batch for subsequent sessions. The board also acknowledged a delay in one of the earlier releases, which it attributed to administrative circumstances, before publishing the results later.
The UTME involves more than two million candidates sitting the computer-based test at accredited centres across the country.
