SOKOTO: CAG Completes Planting Of 2000 Tree Seedlings

During the planting, the Secretary Climate Action Group Sokoto Chapter, Malam Shafiu Aminu thanked Almighty Allah for the successful completion of 2000 tree seedlings plantation campaign in Gada local government area of Sokoto state.

“It’s my pleasure to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Sarkin Gada, Wakilin Marafa, Vice Chairman, Member State House of Assembly and Coalition Of Gada Local Government Youths Organization for the unstinting support and cooperation they have rendered to us in making our campaign in Gada local government a reality.

“On behalf of Climate Action Group Sokoto, i say thank you all in plenty and God bless.

” I am also using this medium to extend our special thanks and appreciation to Sokoto state Newmap , for their support on our tree planting campaign exercise.

“Finally we hope that, the good people of Gada will maintain the trees till maturity as they promised”.

The District Head on behalf of the people of Gada commended the organization for acknowledging the need of the community as the is threatened by desert encroachment.

He the exercise is a welcome development in the area and promised to maintain the seedlings accordingly.
