Group under the guise of Concerned APC youth of Nigeria said they’ve endorsed the former Governor of Zamfara State Alh Abdulazeez Yari as national chairman of the All Progress Congress (APC) ahead of the Party’s forthcoming convention.
“The resolution to endorse him was taken at the meeting of the Concerned APC Youth of Nigeria, and will be communicated to the acting chairman of the party and the president of Nigeria”, they said.
The National coordinator of the Youth group Dr. Suleiman Shuaibu Shinkafi who disclosed this to newsmen in Kaduna during a press briefing he single handedly addressed, said Yari is the only governor who rose through the tank and file and remained consistent in the party.
He said they’ll also write to all other agencies that matters on their resolved to endorsed him, explaining that Yari is the only governor who started from ANPP, CPC and to the current APC circle of the party till date without crisis crossing from.one political Party to another.
“We’ve also unanimously endorse the former Governor of Zamfara State to be the National chairman of the party in the next election of the party.
” He is the only Governor who started from the scratch to the top without decamping to another party despite all odds”, he stated.
According to the coordinator, they’ll also talked to all other Youth in the party and other colleagues contestants of Yari to allowed him for the good and benefits of the Party’s growths and development.
