Recalled that, Kaura is the local government origin of the immediate past deputy Governor of kaduna state Arc. Bala Barnabals Bantex.
Akut made this known on Thursday in an interview with newsmen in Kagoro, area of the State, ahead of LG Council polls scheduled for June 2021.

He said those planning to arrest him are bent on turning the party into a private business enterprises at the expense of the masses.
“Some persons in the APC are planning to arrest me for fighting against their selfishness and domineering attitude. “But they must understand that this party belongs to all of us and not a one man show as it is currently.

“These people just want to corner everything to themselves and dictate everything that happens in Kaura but enough is enough,” he lamented.
According to him, the APC has not won an election in Kaura since 2015 because of the activities of such individuals which is inimical to the progress of the party in the area. He called on Gov. Nasir Elrufai to quickly intervene in the affairs of the APC in Kaura so as to enhance the chances of the party in the forthcoming Local governmsnt elections.

“We are calling on his Excellency, Governor Nasir Elrufai, to investigate the activities of these people and do something about it.
“Something most be done fast if we are going to stand a chance of turning around our electoral fortunes in this place,” he said.
Akut also revealed that he had decided to drop out of the race and collapse his structure for the aspiration of Aso Nehemiah Sunday.
He maintained that he believed in the capacity of Sunday to move the party and the local government to greater heights.

Akut commended his supporter for their understanding and their unflinching support, noting that he was ready to work for the people of Kaura but was denied resources.” Akut added
