The suspects, Rukaiyya Audu, 28, Zainab Hassan, 35, Musa Abdullahi,22, and Abubakar Hassan, 19 were alleged to have agreed amongst themselves to do an illegal act by killing the 25 year old Abdullahi.
The accused and residents of Sangere FUTY were arraigned before Justice Nathan Musa’s High Court in Yola, Adamawa state on 2 count charges of criminal conspiracy contrary to section 60(1) (a) of the Penal Code Law of the state, 2018 and punishable under section 61(1) of same.

The defendants who are of the same family used to render a helping hands to each other more especially when anyone of them found himself or herself in such a situation.
