Again, FG loses appeal against IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu

A Federal High Court sitting in Umuahia has striked out charges filed against the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, on Wednesday.

In addition, the court presided over by Justice Evelyn Anyadike has equally awarded N500 million cost against the federal government.

Recall that, a lower court has previously asked the federal government to release Kanu who has been under DSS custody since last year after been arrested and flown to Nigeria from Kenya.
