The Lagos Zonal Directorate 1 of the (EFCC) has re-arraigned Nadabo Energy boss, , over an alleged N1.4 billion oil fraud.
Peters was re-arraigned before of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja, alongside his company, .
He had earlier been standing trial before on similar charges.
The EFCC is prosecuting the defendants on a 27-count charge bordering on the alleged use of forged documents to obtain N1.4 billion from the Federal Government as oil subsidy.
According to a statement by the EFCC Head of Media and Publicity, , the defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The court subsequently adjourned the matter to May 19, 20 and 21, 2026 for the commencement of trial.
