Bandits Executed two Female, one Male student – Greenfield varsity Registrar

..Abductors Demand N800m ransom
..As registrar begs bandits to spare 17 students, 3 staff lives

The registrar of the Greenfield University Kaduna Mr Bashir Muhammad has passionately appealed to the bandits to spare the lives of the three staff and the remaining 17 students in their custody.

The registrar Mr Bashir Muhammad, who made the soba appeal in a statement in Kaduna lamented that while the institution was making efforts to secured the released of the three Staffs and 20 Students, information filtered that three of the students have been killed.

In a statement he personally signed, the registrar also disclosed that a ransom of N800 million has been demanded for the abducted staff and students.
He said efforts made to secured the release of the staff and students have however not yielded the desired results,

“Further, a ransom of 800 million Naira has been demanded for our abducted staff and students”, he stated.

He also stated that while the management of the University appreciated the concerns of the government of Kaduna State, led by Malam Nasir el-Rufai and commend steps taken so far in ensuring the safe return of those abducted, it called on the government and people of goodwill who “can be of assistance to come to our aid as the situation is becoming overwhelming.

Recalled that the abduction of the staff and students occurred at Greenfield University on Tuesday 20th April, 2021 by 8:15pm in kaduna state.
