Bashir Ahmad Commended For Initiating ICT Centre At Gaya

Residents of Gaya local government area have commended the presidential aide on new media Malam Bashir Ahmad for initiating a centre for information technology at Gaya Town especially at present when the globe is advancing in IT.

Our correspondent who graced the colourful foundation laying groundbreaking ceremony had a series of chats with some residents mostly youths where they described Malam Bashir as a Patriotic citizen who always strive and bring anything needful to his people without bias.

Malam Abdullahi Umar Tsaida said that ” We are happy with this development and from what we have seen, the ICT centre would be of great advantage to us and develop our skills in computer education and for making researches and other global activities with ease, and i wish Malam Bashir Ahmad more success and progressive life”.

In her remark, Amina Usman Gaya disclosed that the centre would be utilised by students and beginners in computer education because the world activities laid on information technology and it is important to everybody to be a computer literate like what is being witnessed in developed countries and prayed for more fortune to the initiator whose actions are on ground as the son of the soil.

Daybreak news gathered that the centre if completed would have all the required apparatus and full access to Internet in order to accommodate the users, while Malam Ubale Gaya assured that the centre would be protected in order to benefits the people especially students who have no access to computers.
