Youths under the auspices of northern Renaissance Group have congratulated Governor Bala Abdukadir Mohammed on his victory at the election tribunal in Bauchi state.
The group statement which was contained in a release issued in Kaduna on Sunday and signed by Convener of the group, Yusuf Makarfi, linked the Governor’s victory to his laudable achievement in the state.
“There are so many achievements of the Kauran Bauchi that rightly deserve appreciation, but most importantly is his victory in the Tribunal which aggressively challenged his victory but because his mandate was realized by the people, the Tribunal sustained it.
“Certainly, Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has carved a niche for himself with decades long service to the people of Bauchi state. The state will always be in his mind, coming first at the top drawer.
“His policies and programs have always being defined by the needs of his people. His first four years was marked and dotted with critical projects development in all sectors.
“From Health Care to Educational developments, and from Youth empowerment, Agriculture and increased Revenue generation drive to Roads Construction, Kauran Bauchi has remained a testament to resilience, audacity, adaptability and patriotism.
“His administration has created multiple dimension for self improvement by providing vibrant enablers. We might not be wrong when we aptly say that the victory is also clarion call to all patriotic citizens of Bauchi state to join hands in building the state.
“This group also call on the APC candidate Air Marshal Sadiq Abubakar not to proceed with his appeal but rather, he should shield his swords and join hands with the Governor for the development of the state. After all, both of them have the interest of Bauchi state buried deeply in their hearts”, it stated.
