Bichi Local Government  Constitutes A Committee To Investigate Badume Market Fire Outbreak

Bichi local government council has constituted a high-powered committee tht would investigate the cause of Badume market fire inferno that resulted in the loss of property during the incident.

This was disclosed by the executive Chairman of the council Dr Yusuf Mohammed Sabo while briefing our correspondent about the recent occurrence of the incident last night, adding that the  committee was directed to submit it’s report on two weeks time.

Dr. Sabo reiterated his administration’s determination to ensure that excellent measures is taken to avoid future occurrence of markets fire outbreak across his domain and symphasised with all those who lost their properties as a result of the incident.

The committee is headed by the council’s Vice Chairman Alhaji Idris Umar, while the representatives of the District head of Bichi, Divisional Police officer, SSU,  local government DSS OC, Fire service, Hisbah commandant and Zahraddeen Express.

Similarly, the Head of Department, Community development, OF CIB and Malam  Haruna Sani Saye  where the Director personnel management of the local government to serve as the secretary of the committee.
