Breaking: Bandits kidnap mother, daughter, kill father in Kaduna

Bandits have kidnapped three members of the same family from their residents in Kaduna reportedly killing the father.

Eyewitnesses said the Bandits stormed the residents of the family and Kidnapped them and other people in the community about three weeks ago around the Eve of Christmas.

Family sources said the Bandits demanded for N10millon ransom, motorbikes and several other things from the relations.

After bargaining, some money was allegedly paid, motorbikes, were purchased and supplied to them at a designated primary school promises unannounced for security reasons.

According to the sources, a man who delivered the ransom was kidnapped,

But only to discovered on Friday that the Father has been killed while the wife and daughter were released after collecting ransom.

“With heavy heart we wish to announce the sudden death of our Uncle who was kidnapped three weeks ago with his wife and daughter and was killed by the kidnappers who released the wife and daughter today after paying ransom. May his soul rest in peace”, the family statement read.

Earlier, it was gathered that the victims were kidnapped from their residents at Ungwan Gimbiya area of Kaduna state,
