The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has gathered a Director at the Code of Conduct Bureau, Mrs Theresa Nwafor, to show up before it on Wednesday regarding the preliminary of the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen.
The gather is at the case of Justice Onnoghen who recorded her as one of his observer.
Onnoghen told the council at his continued preliminary today that he expects to call three observers to shield himself in the six check charge of non revelation of advantages.
The council had last Friday rejected his no-case accommodation and requested him to open his protection today.
At the point when the case came up, his drove guidance, Chief Adegboyega Awomolo (SAN) educated the court that his customer has proposed three protection witnesses.
He uncovered that one of the proposed resistance witnesses would be a Director at the Code of Conduct Bureau, Mrs Theresa Nwafor.
Awomolo from there on connected to the Danladi Umar-drove CCT to make a request that a subpoena be issued and served on Nwafor calling her to show up before the court to affirm for the situation.
The lead arraigning counsel, Mr. Aliyu Umar (SAN), said he had no complaint to the application.
The council administrator quickly conceded the application and gathered Nwafor to show up before the court at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
