Breaking: Chairman of Access Holdings, Bababode Osunkoya, Passes Away

In a recent announcement, Access Holdings Plc shared the unfortunate news of the passing of its Chairman, Bababode Osunkoya. The statement, disclosed on Thursday night through the Nigerian Exchange Limited, revealed that Osunkoya succumbed to a brief illness on Tuesday.

The company, now operating with a nine-member board, consisting of six non-executive directors (including two independent directors) and three executive directors, including the group chief executive officer, addressed the impact of this tragic event. Access Holdings Plc expressed its intention to announce Osunkoya’s successor in the near future.
