BREAKING: Court Dismisses Charges Against 119 #EndBadGovernance Protesters

On Tuesday, the Federal High Court in Abuja dismissed charges against 119 #EndBadGovernance protesters who had been arraigned on November 1. The protesters faced charges including treason felony and incitement to mutiny.

The group was initially divided into two batches for arraignment. The first batch included 76 individuals, among them 32 minors, while the second batch consisted of 43 protesters.

Justice Obiora Egwuatu dismissed the case after M.D. Abubakar, representing the Attorney General of the Federation, filed an application to take over and withdraw the charges.
