BREAKING: Ekiti Court Grants Dele Farotimi N50 Million Bail

The Federal High Court in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, has granted human rights lawyer and activist, Dele Farotimi, a N50 million bail.

Omoyele Sowore, the 2023 presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, shared the news via his X account on Monday, stating, “The first hurdle has been crossed. #DeleFarotimi was granted bail of N50 million with a surety of equal value, possessing landed property. The case is now adjourned until January 29, 2025.”
