BREAKING: Heavy Gridlock as petrol tanker explodes in Ibadan

A fully loaded petrol tanker has exploded at Total Filling Station, Iyaganku Ibadan.

The tanker while trying to maneuver in the axis fell off the ditch, while fuel licked out.

Firefighters on rescue mission are at the location trying to put out the fire.

The level of casualties cannot be ascertained as at the time of filling this report.

Roads leading to the scene of the explosion were said to have been cordoned off causing gridlock along the Dugbe, Ring Road, and Iyaganku areas in the state capital. The entire axis is currently locked down.
