Breaking: Lagos Assembly Approves N2.267tn Budget for 2024

In a recent plenary session presided over by Speaker Mudashiru Obasa, the Lagos State House of Assembly has successfully passed the N2.2tn 2024 Appropriation Bill as presented by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. The budget includes an allocation of N952,430,566,998 for Recurrent Expenditure and N1,315,545,553,871 for Development Fund, resulting in a total budget size of N2,267,976,120,869 for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2024.
