Breaking News: Dangote Refinery Reduces Petrol Price to N899.50

By Abigail Philip David

Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a decrease in the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) to N899.50 per litre, offering relief to Nigerians as the holiday season draws near.

The refinery, Africa’s first privately owned oil refining facility, had previously lowered the price to N970 per litre on November 24.

This latest price reduction is aimed at alleviating transportation costs during the festive season, when many Nigerians experience higher travel expenses.

The announcement was made in a statement by Anthony Chiejina, Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer of Dangote Group, on Thursday.
