Breaking News: Supreme Court Clears the Way for Nnamdi Kanu’s Terrorism Trial

In a significant development, the Supreme Court has overturned a lower court’s judgment that dismissed terrorism charges against Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

The apex court ruled against the court of appeal’s decision, stating that the trial court had the authority to proceed with the case despite arguments that Kanu’s rights were violated during the prosecution.
