Breaking: Popular Kaduna Politician Ben Kureh Returns to APC

Declares Commitment to Progress, Development in Kaduna

By Achadu Gabriel, Kaduna

Respected Kaduna politician, Hon. Ben SD Kureh, has rejoined the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) amid a warm reception from supporters, reaffirming his commitment to progress and development in Kaduna State.

Hon. Kureh, a former Local Government Council Chairman, officially announced his return to the APC during a gathering at Daddu Ward in Jaba Local Government Area of Kaduna State on Tuesday.

His decision followed widespread appeals from well-wishers and grassroots supporters urging him to rejoin the ruling party, according to a statement released shortly after the event.

Kureh, who played a pivotal role in the formation of the APC in 2015, boasts an extensive political career. He previously served as the Director General of the APC Campaigns and as the Executive Secretary of the State Emergency Management Agency. Additionally, he was re-appointed as the Director General of the APC Campaign Council in Kaduna State in 2019 and served as a Political Adviser from 2020 to 2022.

In his address, Hon. Kureh expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support and emphasized his dedication to the Progressive Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

He also lauded the revitalization efforts of Governor Uba Sani, highlighting their shared vision for a prosperous and developed Kaduna State.

“I am back in the APC not just because of my past experiences, but because I believe in the vision and agenda our leaders have set forth. Together, we can work towards a better future for our people,” Kureh stated.

His return to the APC is seen as a strategic move that will bolster the party’s presence in Kaduna State and strengthen its efforts to deliver impactful governance to the citizens.

As he embarks on this new chapter, Hon. Ben Kureh pledged to engage with the community actively and ensure that the voices of the people are heard in the political arena.
