BREAKING: Renewed Hope Proactiveness In Tackling Emergencies Commended.

Less than 24 hours of the sad traffic experience on the Independence Bridge in Lagos by Lagosians, the Honourable Minister of Works,His Excellency, Sen. Engr. Nweze David Umahi CON has arrived Lagos to assess the situation with a view to providing immediate and permanent intervention to the situation.

The Honourable Minister had yesterday, 2nd April 2025, directed immediate reopening of the bridge, which was temporarily closed due to rehabilitation.

The bridge, which is undergoing maintenance, has been reopened to abate inconveniences to residents of Lagos State.
