Brymo tells FG to make pidgin English Nigerians first language

Singer, songwriter and author, Brymo has called on the Federal government of Nigeria to make pidgin English its first language.

According to the 34 year old, Pidgin English is spoken in almost every state in Nigeria and every Nigerian understands the language. He also advised that the president should try and address the public in pidgin English, adding that people will love it.

In his words

“Make pidgin Nigeria first language… it’s still English, only it has bits of local lingua- it is spoken in maybe every state in the country… e go mad when presido come tv greet say “una good afternoon my fellow country people”… shiiiiiit!!!!”
