  • 3 Attributes that make women go crazy in love

3 Attributes that make women go crazy in love

Treating a woman right by showering her with love, attention and respecting her will make her place you in a special place in her heart. She is very much likely to love you immensely.

But being all sweet to her is not enough to make her mad over you. Here are qualities that make every woman go gaga and helplessly in love:

    1. Confidence

Nothing looks as sexy on a man as confidence. An undeniable swagger and an aura proceeds from you and commands respect and admiration.

There is a thin line between this and pomposity and only a very few know how to sublimely maneuver that line.

The moment you are able to perfect this and you become able to converse, carry yourself and relate in this manner, best believe it, women would be stuck to you like steel to a magnet.

    2. Loyalty

Everyone knows how hard it is to locate loyalty these days, especially in men and for this reason, if you can project a charisma and back it up with loyalty and unfaithfulness to stick with her exclusively, she’ll be locked down with you, man, best believe that.

Women are more trusting, often willing to love with the whole of what they’ve got and loyalty is one of the things that assures them that they are not mistaken in giving you the whole of themselves.

Once they can ascertain that, the likelihood that they’ll leave is pretty low.

    3. Super sex

Some might want to argue with the validity of this, but it is every bit solid as the other two points above.

If amazing, spine-tingling sex is added to your confidence and loyalty, the formula becomes complete and she’ll be addicted to you like crack.

While some might argue that wealth might be a better substitute for one of these three points, all you need do is look around you and see the number of people who aren’t rich but are stuck together in real love.

That tells you that wealth or lack of it does not really weigh on the hearts of women when they’re truly, really falling in love.

  • 3 Attributes of a drama queen

3 Attributes of a drama queen

A drama queen is someone [the term is usually used for women] who reacts to situations and circumstances in excessive, melodramatic ways.

We all have our preferences and things we can live with even in relationships. Now the question is can you live with a drama queen?

However, we all want some peace and calm in our relationships and having to deal with a drama queen can take a toll on one’s well-being.

So, if you are ready to get into a relationship and don’t want to end up with a drama queen, here are signs you should look out for:

    1. They overreact

Obviously the biggest thing about a babe who is dramatic. Issues get blown out of proportion and issues that can be sorted out in better ways do not get trashed out until she has had a session of being overly emotional.

Whether you piss her off by saying something you shouldn’t have said, or by arriving late by few minutes to a date, you can bet that her default setting is to overreact.

And you don’t need this kind of energy, do you?

    2. 100% attention

Drama queens are also very likely to be overly demanding of attention and time. They’ll throw tantrums if they are not on your Whatsapp status updates, on your IG feed and stories and pretty much every known way of demanding attention, even unnecessarily.

But what most people in healthy relationships have is a balance that comes from the knowledge that their partner is theirs and the fact that he has to deal with other things like his work and other responsibilities doesn’t change that.

    3. Immature

This is pretty much obvious from the title ‘drama queen.’ There is a childishness to the whole of their disposition and the way they deal with situations. A drama queen lacks emotional intelligence most of the time and always wants things to go her way, failure of which leads to tantrums.

What you need however, is someone whose mental growth matches their physical development to the point where the know how to address issues with appropriate energy.

  • 5 Ways to make money with an app

5 Ways to make money with an app

Gone are the days when one has to engage in office work or menial job to earn a living. Nowadays, people are smiling to the bank by developing apps and monetizing it. Here are ways an app can fetch you money.

    1. In-App Ads
One of the most effective and easiest way to earn from an app is to feature advertisements on your app. When you own an app all the views, clicks, nature of the ads will generate revenue.

As video ads will fetch you more when compared to banner ads, Interstitial ads may get you more money as they will pop up anytime in between and occupies the whole screen. You must ensure that it is kept short and informative.

    2. Paid Apps
While some apps keep a pricing tag for downloads. It does make sense as they have spent a lot of time and effort to build an app they wouldn’t want to keep it for free.

But there are side-effects for this as many people are used to free versions they would think twice before spending on app downloads. The downloads count may be less for the paid versions.

    3. Sponsors
Connect to sponsors that are targeting a similar audience as they will more interested in your app to reach their customers. Through this approach, you and your sponsor both will benefit.

As an app owner, you will gain from your sponsors brand popularity and web traffic. This strategy is more likely available for the apps that already have users.

    4. In-App Upgrades
Majority of free version based apps attract users by offering premium level products like app-based merchandise, advance level upgrades, virtual stuff etc. As a user gets addicted to an app they wishfully spend money without any hesitation.

This kind of revenue generating strategies is growing day after day and will be seen more in further days to come.

    5. Subscriptions
Although it is not a very appealing strategy to introduce a paid version of apps, at the start you can launch your app on a free trial version for a certain period of time and can charge it from later. As the users will be addicted to your app they would want to pay you the subscription charges for further usage.

For this to be successful it must offer unique features, where no other app can give if not so customers may find some other alternative free version to replace it.

    Conclusion
If your app is successful, automatically the companies will pay you tons to advertise their products. Creating apps that are compatible with multiple mobile operating systems like cross-platform mobile development results in significant cost reduction and growth in app revenue.

Don’t overdo on things as by concentrating more on making money from other sources, you may make your users feel bored which in turn may affect your overall app performance.

  • Lagos Govt to complete abandoned 70m-gallon Adiyan Water Project in 18 months

Lagos Govt to complete abandoned 70m-gallon Adiyan Water Project in 18 months

    By Our Reporter

The Lagos State Government has announced its resolve to complete within 18 months the 70 million-gallon Adiyan Water Project which was abandoned by previous administration.

Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu said on Thursday during an inspection of the water works that the contractor handling the project, located in the north-western part of the state, had been mobilized back to site.

He said the project, which was awarded in 2013 by the Babatunde Fashola administration, would be completed within 18 months.

It would be recalled that the Adiyan II waterworks project was initiated by Fashola’s administration to provide safe drinking water to more than five million Lagos residents.

The project had reached about 70 per cent completion when it was abandoned.

Sanwo-Olu said that his administration decided to complete the water project because of its strategic importance to the well-being of the people.

The governor, who described the project as the `biggest of its kind’ in Nigeria, said it would raise the state’s potable water supply capacity.

“With this project, we will be raising the capacity of our potable water supply, the capacity is more than 70 million gallons.

“The commitment on the side of government is to ensure prudence, as well as speedy and quality completion,” he said.

Sanwo-Olu further said that the contractor had assured that the project would be delivered within 18 months.

“As a government, we will work with the contractor and the project consultant to deliver this project within the agreed time frame.

“Completing this project means that we have achieved one of the key items of the Sustainable Development Goals, which is also a strategic pillar of our development agenda.

“Provision of safe drinking water to no fewer than five million citizens of Lagos is part of our government’s development agenda,” he said.

Sanwo-Olu also said the state government would soon award contract for the commencement of the second and third phases of the water project.

He said that the second and third phases were reticulation works and construction of eight-kilometre water intake conduits from Akute to Adiyan.

Sanwo-Olu said that issues such as compensations and rights of way would be addressed to allow the contractor finish the project on record time.

“Parts of the construction work were suspended because of issues of rights of way with the residents and Ogun State, we are also going to handle all these.

“We will pay all the compensations to ensure that they can lay the pipes,” he said.

Sanwo-Olu also inspected the Lagos State Water Corporation infrastructure in Iju-Akute axis.

The governor used the visit to assess the possibility of rejigging operations and enhancing the productivity of the state-owned water facilities.

Sanwo-Olu, who expressed worry over the state of the facilities, said the government would seek private sector funding to revamp the infrastructure.

‘“We need to raise money, get new investment to improve the output of these important facilities.

”On the power plant, we also need to scale up and get another one ready for Adiyan II water works, which will be ready in 18 months.

“So it’s a total eco-chain we are looking at: We have to start the planning from now to ensure that the new water works will have electricity to make it function effectively,” he said.

The Adiyan II water works is sited on 210 hectares of land in a borderline community between Lagos and Ogun States.(NAN)
