Chrismas: senator Bassey Takes Gratitude Tour To Uruan , Uyi

Senator Aniekan Bassey of the Akwa Ibom North-East Senatorial District wrapped up his Wednesday thank-you visit to constituents in Uruan and Uyo Local Government Areas, expressing gratitude for their unwavering support.

The Senator, who is the Deputy Chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture Production Services and Rural Development, pledged continued commitment to progress of the senatorial district.

He seized the opportunity to thank Governor Umo Eno for reactivating a middle-class economy in Akwa Ibom through unparalleled distribution of political appointments and democratic dividends to all corners of Akwa Ibom, as well as the creation of employment through the Ibom Community Neighbourhood Watch.

Senator Bassey was accompanied on the tour by the Member representing Nsit Atai/Uruan/Uyo/Ibesikpo Asutan Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Elder Mark Esset, and chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
