CROSSJOF Congratulates Mrs.Otu, CRS First Lady on 61st Birthday

Cross River State Journalists Forum (CROSSJOF) FCT Chapter has congratulated Her Excellency Bishop Dr. Mrs. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu ,
the first Lady of Cross River State on her 61st birthday anniversary which she marked on the April 10, 2025.

In a congratulatory message signed by Francisca Ogar, Interim Chairman of CROSSJOF, made available to newsmen on Tuesday, Mrs. Otu was described as the mother of the state who has touched the lives of women, youths, and children across the state.
CROSSJOF also commended the first lady for being a strong pillar and spiritual strength behind her husband, Governor Prince Bassey Otu.

The association urged Mrs. Otu to increase welfare for the women, children and youth in the state.

The message reads in parts, “As we join the State in congratulating , Her Excellency Bishop Dr. Mrs. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu , the wife of Cross River State Governor, we pray that as you mark your 61st birthday, mayb God increase your strengthen, and the grace to continue to touch the lives of the vulnerable through your different outreaches.
“We also urge you not to relent in increasing your welfare interventions towards the womem of Cross River State.
“Congratulations on your birthday ma’am, We wish you many fruitful years ahead, and God’s blessings always.”
