The executive chairman of Dawakin Tofa local government council Honourable Ado Tambai Kwa has facilitated with the member representing Dawakin Tofa constituency at the Kano state House of Assembly, Honourable Saleh Ahmed Marke on his recent tribunal victory over his opponent.
Speaking to our correspondent, Ado Tambai Kwa stated that judiciary is the shepherd to democracy especially when there is an electoral petitions that awaits judgement at both levels, adding that the recent court verdict in favour of Honourable Marke is a testimony that APC won the state assembly polls with wide margin in Dawakin Tofa local government area.
Honourable Ado Tamba Kwa lamented that judiciary in Nigeria is becoming more straight forward in making a verdict to all aspects of election petitions that are subjects to judicial intervention like what is being witnessed today in every level of elective positions.
