The executive chairman of Dawakin Tofa local government council Honourable Ado Tambai Kwa has organised a special prayers for national unity, peaceful coexistence in the country.
The special prayers which took place at Dawanau Hospital field was well attended by prominent Islamic scholars, local government functionaries, business class as well as politicians respectively.
Speaking to our correspondent shortly after the special prayers, malam Abubakar Suleiman Dawanau thanked the executive chairman and his lieutenants for what they have done especially at present when Nigeria is in needs of more prayers.
He added that only through good prayers from both religions that things tends to be cured, where he called on our religious leaders to always preach unity and peaceful coexistence among the people of different religions as we are bound to remained together as one nation.
Similarly, Ustaz Usman Adam stressed that the special prayers which was fully attended by the different categories of people would be a good channel to the national progress and bitch free implementation of policies by the leaders at all levels, and commended Ado Tambai Kwa for his foresight for organising the special prayers.
